In February of 2022, JYP Entertainment, Stray Kids’ music label, announced their global expansion and strategic partnership with US label Republic Records. JYP Entertainment and Republic Records have previously partnered up to house one of the biggest KPop girlgroup Twice. Following this announcement, the company’s 4th generation groups: Itzy and Stray Kids have followed their seniors’ footsteps through this partnership.

The group announced their comeback with a brand new mini album: ODDINARY. The mini album includes 7 tracks in which all 8 members took part in producing and writing.

With their new US distributor, the group was able to debut and top Billboard’s Top 200 album chart. Stray Kids is one of the three, alongside mega group BTS and NCT, groups to reach this achievement.

Stray Kids is proving the world that they are the leading 4th Generation KPop Boy Group!
